Mngt doesn't want to let the share
price get away as they accumulate at low prices.
With profits accumulating, dividends are inevitable and I wonder if they will keep a lid on dividends too so as make it even less attractive.
A dividend at more than 10% of the SP will cause a rush. At the moment that's only 1c.
Eventually something has to give and holders will get tired and sell low or Mngt will wake up and reward themselves with the more than just annual performance shares (allowed annually in the rules) and pay a decent dividend to get everyone excited and push up the SP.
Unfortunately this could take 2 years or more.
