WTF. I just went back to the original announcement and there was nothing about those clauses. So are these something just worked out with Tesla or part of the initial agreement??
Either way that's way v f@#kin underhanded! Why didn't SV and the board have the balls to announce that before the AGM and voting on their remuneration packages??
I reckon getting Vidalia pumping out the AAM was the last chance to potentially offset the continued spend at Balama. Can only now see a CR and a bloody low SP to keep this company afloat! Well done Shaun you muppet!
