Nobody is making any agreements until they know the tariff outcomes. If you were an OEM CEO would you? I wouldn't until I have certainty in the market or I'd have posters legitimately screaming for my head. Not just blowing hot air because they don't understand the global geopolitical ramification in the graphite market atm.
You need to ask yourself why is every ex-china graphite and lithium company struggling atm?
