-Any CEO can raise money with good assets behind them, so I'd discount that straight away.
-An AAM plant that hasn't yet produced any commercial production. I'd argue the plans and knowledge largely came from the pilot plant even before the Vidalia says and Verner's tenure. So nothing unique about project managing a construction project (Vidalia).
-But ok he was good at selling shares not long after the original Tesla announcement and amazingly before the SP slid into the current abyss. BTW those would be shares that he has never used his personal savings to purchase.
