I just want to point out that Tesla can terminate the contract in 2026 but Syrah can terminate the contract in 2027. That appears to me that Syrah is locked in until 2027, so how would Syrah be able to enter any other contracts in that period. If so then Syrah can only run the plant at 1/3 capacity, because at any time Tesla can demand the other 2/3 of the production.
Seems to me that even Tesla is helping China in dominating the graphite market. Like finding out your best friend is in bed with your wife.
