You talk like Vidalia AAM was technically available and ready-to-use. What makes you believe that, given that none of SYR’s development partners have even qualified the material as meeting technical specifications? Tariffs or other protective measures by western countries cannot make a product work, that very apparently does not meet technical end user specifications. No sense in musing over step 2 in this process as long as step 1 is not completed.
