OMG! What a bunch of hopeless management. Why are they only releasing this now? A real question: Have Shaun and the so-called ‘hopeless’ management only just noticed this, or did they already know and were simply hoping Tesla would announce something before the deadline? That would explain why Shaun offloaded his shares and didn’t buy back in. To me, that’s a serious oversight — it needs to be investigated. And now Shaun has the nerve to ask for a performance right? Unbelievable.
