I'm not making any direct claims, but I raised a query with ASIC over the lack of balance in the booklet: omissions of information, use of loaded language, voting instructions that make proxy voting seem far more difficult than it is, and so on. It's quite possible that others also raised concerns and ASIC may have contacted the company about this issue.
