The competent bodies are slammed at the moment as the deadline for the MDD is 26.05.2020. The EU rep I know told me this. The EU rep I know is asking for the documentation to be provided by end of March, however will allow some latitude if you are compliant. Based on this, I am quite sure that we will know either way within 4 weeks. This is assuming they have gone the MDD route and not MDR.
To clarify, I have nothing to do with OSL and have no knowledge further on OSL than what is published.
