I suspect most Crescent will slowly acquire shares and increase ownership and get what left for virtually nothing.

They will most likely take it private and sell what business is left and take the cash.

Otherwise an opportunist may come in and take them out on the hope they cad do the same.

Notwithstanding, there is more value there than what the SP reflects.
