Looks to be about $10K a year for 8 logins, with each additional login about $360 a year.

This is similar to Nearmap pricing. So if they can offer something that is better overall, then switching to nearmap may be being considered.

As mentioned in that link, RP Data has the owners name and also the residents contact phone numbers, (whether they be renting or owner occupying) but they almost always have a 'do not call' register marking next to the number meaning you are not supposed to make a cold marketing or similar call.
