re: Ann: Clarification to Appendix 3B Conside... I attended the EGM. Asked why there was no representative from TVI as the meeting is all about them. We needed to know from them exactly what is their intention. Lame brain excuse given. Unable to take the matter further as I was the only outsider there. Others were mates of Directors.

This was a typical EGM. Disappointed with the Apathy of S/H`s not attending.

Directors paid at .003 is a sign of their lack of integrity and genuine concern for company.

Have requested copy of minutes and another Lame brain excuse for delay in waiting for it.

By the way they were too stingy to even supply a cup of coffee after meeting. Had a feeling they were all going to wine and dine on behalf of FOY so was excluded.
