I am honestly not sure how unitisation works with brines in Chile, obviously the aquifer extends past the tenement boundaries... is the royalties system based on where it comes out of the ground ie the well location, or where it started in the ground ie the acquirer extensions etc? It's not an ore body, it's more similar to oil and gas where you're extracting from outside your boundary... will try to get a better understanding
