If you are referring to NST takeover of DEG and GOR getting NST shares...My understanding (and hope) is that they pass through the NST shares directly as a specie distribution. NST is not a developer like DEG was, and GOR has little to no value add to those NST shares. Selling that many NST shares to then hold cash also makes little sense.

Thanks lamb i was also quereing if gor was taken over but i suppose that cant be answered until if ever that happens .
