I can't believe how lucky we are to have such a dedicated management team, like Jeremy Grey and Joseph Pinto not to mention all of the others for their hard work. To put your money where your mouth is, is a big thing in this era of corporate greed and big fat cat salaries.
But in saying that it does appear to me that these guys have seen the results and the gold flowing out of the plant with the addition of the hammer mills.
I would love nothing more than for these guys to achieve the max incentive payment of 5000 ounces per month. Bring it on as quick as you can and help all of us turn around OGX and turn it into the great success story that it should have been 2 years ago.
