    Memo to Board:

    Please update the Investor Presentation from 4 days ago - where $5.45M of funding sources are now false and misleading. GPR has not provided funds to RIM since 2022. On Friday, it was confirmed by Justice Osborne, in the Supreme Court of Victoria, that, "...Giovinazzo was never validly appointed as a director of GPR". His deceptive rein has now come to an abrupt end.
