This was a bit odd, of all the things to clarify they told us only that the mining plan covers phase 2?
Phase 2 being shipment of 68% concentrate, which is presumably post construction of beneficiation plant.
Phase 3 is when Hismelt plant and the pig iron and HBI products are planned for, which according to their project guidelines involves extensive plant design, permitting and obviously construction etc.
