Londoner. section 5.5 of the explanatory memo talks about what conditions ASX might impose and three weeks later KOR announce that there will be no escrow on LUG and MGH AND the distribution is not conditional on being admitted to ASX. That was the latest information that was voted on.

Obviously a company can not make false and misleading statements let alone in an official ASX announcement so that statement should stand and not be allowed to be changed in retrospect after a number of concerned shareholders attempted to point out the facts.

After getting no joy from the company I have also sent an online complaint to ASIC and think all concerned should also take the ten minutes to point out the facts and not let history be changed in retrospect.

I doubt we will get absolute satisfaction but at least it might force some appropriate compensation.
