Announcement is huge IMHO. We should have more word on this shortly. Testing car market in itself is large to justify a much higher valuation. The large seller seems to have stopped late in the day or has been exhausted. Maybe another day (or two at most) of more selling- then back to $1.30+ in a hurry.
