So either one of two things can be inferred from the release.

1. SC6 has not yet been produced
2. The lab cannot produce accurate results.

The announcement states that the lab is fully commissioned so I think its fair to discount that.
If they could prove SC6 was produced, common sense tells us they would be only too happy to clarify that thats the case but they still cant provide those details.

You've got this completely wrong .

They are saying that initial sample returned a result of "exceeding 6%". That is not in dispute here.

The clarification is around the fact that only a small sample has been tested and this number could change with greater testing (of course, as expected). And also slapping the wrist of the employee who LinkedIn'd 6.5% .

What can we take from this? I hear you ask
Initial result was 6.5%!
