It would seem you are not familiar with the phrase "Ipso facto" hopeful?
NOR put out an announcement. They were then compelled by ASX to provide clarification.
That means the first announcement wasn't an accurate enough representation to the market. To be kind I imagine it was an innocent albeit poorly written piece of work - very NOR I might suggest.
Tarrant, Dunne and co must be so happy to be hitched to this wagon.
