Thank you for that light-hearted comment. It made my day. Anyone who knows me would find the idea of me being in a "frenzy" would have a chuckle. Wrong assumption yet again, Mr Genius. An ironic comment from someone who rattles off double figure posts every day on a stock they have no "commercial" interest in.
FYI, I am fully aware that defamation of a company is technically "an injurious falsehood" but you made it clear in your initial post that "The CEO and company have just been pulled up for potentially misleading the market ..." ..... The CEO is a person, a person who is being accused of misleading the market. There is no escaping your intention to accuse the CEO and company of wrongdoing.
