    Yes and why because not within the JV structure .
    That seems Technical not sovriegn.
    Why Why Why was this not evident in our due diligence , with our highly paid lawyers .
    The value of that 15% now .
    is ironically off the sweat of the AVZ brow.
    Now if people know better get posting .
    We all want answers to the depth of the problems .
