Management get bashed quite frequently on here. Yes they have made a couple of mistakes here and there but what they get bashed for more often is a result of the rules of engagement being constantly changed on them. Unless you’re Nostradamus making a well judged and informed decision is impossible when this continues to happen.
take all decisions made on face value at the time they made them with the information they had and what they perceived their legal standing to be and judge that because that’s all a reasonable person/investor can expect.
