what I will add is that it would appear the DRC as a whole are not currently in a position to answer the questions on where they see AVZ ‘fitting’ in the whole thing. Clearly certain factions still exist amongst the government and decision makers within their country.

It would seem they agree together that it’s imperative the project gets up and running ASAP. The sort yourselves out dathcom message is what leads me to assume this.

how do we AVZ and and the parties involved in Dathcom get to this point. (Working harmoniously)

I believe we (AVZ) need to take these steps.

1. As the majority holder take all other relevant parties views and stance into consideration on the ownership of Dathcom. Do this without exception and regardless of beliefs on legalities.

2. Propose to all parties a final make up of Dathcom accompanied by a set of criteria Dathcom and all JV partners within it WILL satisfy moving forward. (This will take into account all prerequisites of obtaining a ML within the DRC).

3. Receive feedback on the above and assuming most parties agree to what has been outlined forward it to the relevant authorities.

If the above was to be carried out I believe it addresses the DRCs demands for prompt and harmonious works by Dathcom. It also will show if only 1 party of the perceived make up of Dathcom is unwilling to move forward with the suggested proposal, It is that party the DRC must decide how to deal with to get things moving forward.
