Any discussion or suggestions on how AVZ now gets this show on the road needs to factor in time frames. Or how much longer the govt will allow before it's too late for AVZ.

Will they indulge us not compromising with crooks and citing valid legal positions whilst an election approaches...highly unlikely.

Has NF got the ability to now pivot in order to save the project, after maintaining such a trenchant ownership position for so long...not so sure.

My gut feeling is if the govt don't see positive material progress by all parties very soon on resolving this impasse, then they will step in. To our detriment, and all in a matter of months, I fear.

This is not a time for pride but pragmatism. Time is our biggest enemy. Only commercial realpolitik can win the day from here. IMO
