I dont believe that they wil survive without a new ML plus agreement to keep 60%, DRC has already said 15% paid to Dathomir was illegal so that's gone $ and could only be recovered in your dreams.
Cominiere have 25 % as DRC said sale to jin was illegal
Dathomir have their 15%
Unless Nigel and company forget lawyers, go-betweens and ICC and sit down mow to nut out a way forward with CATl buying in from the 3 current partners once AVZ recognise this is reality land
then forget any $, relist, class action , whatever
DRC will revert to classifying AVZ 60% purchase from Dathomir as illegal in the same boat as 15% purchase from Dathomir
The announcement was very clear
Accept this is how it is or we will intervene again if necessary and strip the other 60% which was against the JV terms.
Oh, and also we wil not issue Dathcom the ML
