Market cap is not irrelevant. When only have 3 mill cap, taking legal advise for one mill is a bit stupid.

I always wonder why people, who give that good advice, are still here and not on a real board somewhere? I know, we are in a mess, but I am absolutely positive that this is NOT AVZ's fault.

Looking in hindsight, I also should have taken sometimes a better, more expensive legal advise in my business instead of trying to save money and solve on my own, but now, at least, AVZ did realize that getting professional legal advice is the right thing to do.
