Between Simon Cong’s long time corrupt influence and Zijin’s more recent foray, AVZ BoD is facing an uphill battle, sure, but not one in which they’re intentionally deceiving investors or hiding critical facts (emphasis around the word FACTS, not unsubstantiated heresay or rumours).

Let’s not forget Adele Kayinda had Jin Cheng execs literally sitting next to her during one of her press conferences railing against Dathcom/AVZ when she was still Minister of Portfolio. Her removal from MoP was certainly good riddance but she’s only one of many corrupt obstacles.

Goes to show many in the govt aren’t even bothering to hide their brazen corruption/conflicts of interests. So if anything, true longholders of the stock should be firmly behind AVZ mgmt as they attempt to write the wrongs and deal with the detractors.

I get what you say, but, surely you don't believe that the fact that Cominiere contacted AVZ in 2021 advising a part 15% sale of their 25% to a Chinese company, a share which supposedly we had first rights to, should not have been disclosed to the market?
