Its either leaked from the BoD, the advisory committee charging an arm and a leg, or the legal team. I'd give AVZ the benefit of the doubt and say it's not the former (stranger things have happened), so which is the more likely of the others?
Notwithstanding who the leak has come from, there has been fundamental loss of control by the BoD, and this announcement is one of those sliding doors moments where the BoD have clearly realised "yep, its time to brace for impact and god help us cover our backsides".
