For a paper that advertises 'Minds Wide Open', the Age newspaper post almost completely leftist sensationalism. As AFR is also a Fairfax, publication, I see a lot of articles duplicated across both and the sensationalist rot is starting to set in at AFR also.
A good example was one they did on Coronado a while back because the reporter saw the word 'coal' and decided they were the Devil incarnate, poisoning the world with their toxic products, when they are actually producing 95% Met coal for steel production. I did quite well out of CRN after AFR bought them to my attention. Thanks.
If you're expecting neutral reporting from the AFR in this day and age, you are looking in the wrong place.
