I'm a mechanical plumber/pro brewer, from my experience designing, building and operating plant similar to what they'd be running my guess is the 2ktpa would be able to be converted into single phase of the 10ktpa plant. like they might be able to build a big version of the 2ktpa plant to do the majority of the extraction process at a much faster rate but rougher and then that product would get passed through the 2ktpa plant setup to finish it. This is all just a guess but there's been a few things I've worked on that have worked like that. But I don't know I'm just making a guess.
