Investments or assets that can be sold within a year are usually considered liquid. Given the escrow ends in a few weeks, it’s a very hard stretch to suggest it was misleading. They are still liquid assets by definition but they just needed to add the escrow note.
It seems the increase in SP is seen as a negative around here. Weird.
