Maybe I'm in the wrong court but could it be thrown out on the basis of it's not in the public interest to even be heard?
Court staff can tell you how many days have been set aside for any hearing.
Will ADO ask for a decision to be granted on the spot with reasons for the decision to be published at a later date?
Maybe a shareholder will be in court to observe and report. Either way we are in good hands i.m.o.
