re: Ann: Clariification of CEO Change & Compa... Had a work mate in America ask our boss to change a statement from the employer from "resigned" to "terminated" he then filed a court case against the company for dismissal with out due process.
Obviously that would not happen here as Australian law is very different from the USA where litigation is rampant as law there based on stature not precidance.
Good to see the share price lower will allow all my friends who I recommended this to , to congradulate me on my skills at reducing their taxable income.
