Thank you, life has been super busy, so I really appreciate your updates & posts as well, very helpful.
Have a lovely Sunday Mate, & yeah sometimes maybe I am a bit rough on some posters, but it takes a bit to invoke that massive eye roll when you look at things in perspective & have been following DXB’s story for a long time & see this kind of thing.

I was in the middle of a conversation with family when posting yesterday & forgot to add a few points that are probably quite important to us, not him/her as they aren’t interested in investing anyway, just telling us their personal ‘WHY’…multiple times, when some of this information is incorrect.
