Did anyone else not receive their Retail Entitlement offer documentation? I know you can access it online from the general announcement (including your personal application form), but I received no hard copy and no electronic notification.
Not sure if this is a common occurrence?
Suspect its only going to add to the shares falling into Bell Potters' weak hands ...
