On your claim: please show where the new scanners allow same/better sensitivity than old scanners using 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA?
I can help: there is no such evidence. Rather: a) Scanners are tracer agnostic: they can use Ga68, F18, and Cu64. b) Cu6 makes tracers and not scanners, and, just as 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA performs betteer than Ga68 and F18 in old scanners, science says that it will perform better in the new LAFOV scanners. Its the tracer that lights up, not the machine.
I agree that Telix is a brilliant company. Taking a generic that anyone else is free to use, and creating a billion dollars a year grossing product, shows exceptional talent and business acumen.
Taking time to create a Best in Class product, when others are doing some hotchpotch stuff that they are rushing, poorly tested, to market, takes a huge amount of integrity and ethics. In the end, Science will win.
