    [NATHAN SAID]: "... You can go back to numerous threads on this, click on the links provided by various contributors and obtain the answer, i won't rehash this, your flogging a dead horse...."

    The 'various contributors' you refer to have since understood what you still haven't caught up with. They (like you), did not realise some important FACTS;
    a) 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA is just a tracer (like Illuccix and Pyarify) and not a PET scanner! Their arguments missed the mark!
    b) The PET scanners in use today and even the new LAFOV ones will use any of the tracers - they are tracer agnostic! If a scanner can compensate for a bad tracer, why not return to Technetium?
    c) Same day scanning is able to use 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA, Illucix, Pylarify, or any others. They (and you) mistook next day to mean 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA can't be used on same day. Yes, it can.
    d) Same day scanning using 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA tracer is superior to 68Ga-PSMA-11 (Illuccix) and F-DCFPyL (Pylarify), or others. They (and you) ignored this fact and jumped onto next day (which is indeed superior to same day).
    e) The NEXT DAY scanning capability offered by 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA is just an EXTRA. This makes 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA more flexible, and more convenient since you do have a choice. That option is NOT AVAILABLE with Illuccix or Pylarify.
    f) The super powers that NEXT DAY scanning provides (higher accuracy) is an EXTRA: take it or leave it! I mean: Have the next day scan if you prefer to get the most accurate diagnosis, or have same day scan if false reassurance is a non issue for you. Patient choice is important.

    [NATHAN SAID]: ".... As i stated, execution is a problem for Clarity, they haven't shown great execution capabilities to date, what makes you think they can execute in US market well? ...."

    I do not know what you are referring to. Please explain.
    From where I sit, I consider Clarity for where it is: its not commercial yet. The stage they are at requires that they conduct clinical trials well (they are doing that). As it turns out, the results are better than anything that the competition has produced! Where is the problem? Please explain!

    And FYI: While I do accept that poor execution can turn the best science into garbage, and that an excellent executionist can transform ordinary into extraordinary, I have not seen the failures of Clarity that you are referring to. Alan is a brilliant Scientist, who has overseen the creation of the best there is! The reason we have invested at this stage, is to profit from the transformation that we are seeing: preparing to take the product to market. The science is so good, it will be hard to stuff up!

    And even if Alan fails: the Science is so good that Telix will be silly not to swop in!
