The advantage that clarity has over TLX591 is
1) its is very well tolerated
2) large half life time
3) better penetration into Tumour that results in showing up less than 2mm tumours in PET scan
What you would be doing with larger half life when TLX591 can not identify smaller tumours like Clarity could identify
