    None of this is straightforward.

    You'd have to think a high proportion of patients in all cancer trials go on to have further treatment but as far as I'm aware the FDA is putting much more emphasis on OS as a measure now.

    I'll dig up what I can find. It was in relation to pluvicto.

    TLX591 obviously has a different MOA than the small molecule.

    Check out the select ph2 study with a modest PSA response compared to pluvicto but better PFS.

    That can't be explained away by subsequent intervention.
    And the difference seems to increase over time.

    We'll find out in the end I suppose but the cohort on the select study are at 18 months post treatment now.
    By July if we haven't heard anything I'll be feeling even more confident.
