At 7c, the market doesn't even give any valuation to the $29m owed to them by DET. If they win the case it is a big bonus. The Australian operations are loss making mainly because of the cloud hanging over their head in relation to their License. Overseas has become very profitable.

Once this court action is finalised, worst case they close down their unprofitable Aust operations, stop diverting resources and concentrate on the profitable off shore business. Best case, they get a $29m payout + costs, the Aust operations no longer have this cloud over their head so should then attract customers who stayed away due to the uncertainty.

The money from Clark would enable them to go after DET for the damage they've done to their Australian business. Shouldn't be too hard to make a case against the over zealous bureaucrats in DET
