I'm wondering why SIT and the directors are leading this; with a minority stake now, surely some of the other owners should be doing the heavy lifting
Having said that, it does look like the changes they are indicating (and flagging for some time now) should materially change the value of that property......although if that is the case, then I'm not so sure that the extension or change to the lease is a given
