The product whilst good, is the most expensive in the market. I'm an accountant that uses class and every month the class licence fees stick out. I would strongly consider moving if further price increases are implemented. The gap between class and BGL's fees are significant enough to move. This is why large institutions like AMP build there own product after a while, because once you have scale class becomes too expensive, CL1 will need to unlock how they can keep there key accounts onboard rather than drive them away with incremental license fee increases.
