We know that the Generic Pharma industry as a whole was corrupt. Mayne surely to God could not have been so stupid with Teva deal nearly $900m. They must have done Due Diligence indicating the intrinsic value of the 42 products in the deal. Although they no longer even market most of them they obviously never on sold either as they had Zero Value. Deals were being done in restaurants and on golf courses. Straight out corruption by forming or joining cartels. This will be interesting fun times for Richards and Co.
