My previous dish washer broke down after 7 years I was disappointed I did expect it to last at least 10 years. It had been warranted for 2yrs. I did not get it fixed because it probably wasn’t worth it.
So I have just bought a new one for $1200 with a 2yr warranty. I declined a extended warranty because I figured that if it lasts 2 years it should last indefinitely.
HVN offered me an another brand for $1800 with a 10 years manufactures guarantee not a HVN extended warranty which I declined on my financial budget.
The old saying is you get what you pay for.
If some dumb shmuck can’t make a purchase decision by weighing up the pros and cons it should not be my problem. The manufacture always gives a warranty and always honours it.
The ACL just is just a rambling litany of various examples with out giving any specifics.
This class action is just a big lawyer feast beat up.
