Yeah what beat up by the asic blood hounds to make them selves relevant. HV broke no laws. There is no law which states how big the fine print in a contract must be. The advertising says go to the web site to check the fees and charges. There was no deception by HVN if the buyers were too lazy or naive or stupid to read the advertising then its their own prerogative.
If there was deception by not revealing the fees and charges then HVN broke the law but there was no deception.
