It was settled. Plaintiffs realised they didn't have a case and insurers settled for a nominal amount to put an end to it. Nothing to see here - just like the previous US class action. No impact on Meso cash flows or financial results.Share price moved higher from the open in Australia today - though within the range of a normal day's trade, reflecting the fact that this had no impact on the valuation of Meso.You will see plenty of useless sound and fury on chat sites about this, but it is sour grapes from the shorts who have tried to use the class action to push the price down and scare people.
