But it's just another financial issue to add to the list for MSB - as people have mentioned above, insurance payouts don't come for free. You smash up your car two years in a row, you are a very high risk driver to the insurance company, and that costs money.

When every dollar spent has to be gained back by cap raises, this is important to consider. Especially since even if the fda approves the recent submission (which, as you all know, I wouldn't bet on) the company is still years away from being profitable - there's a lot more dilution to come.

GLTAH. But people cheering like this is a good news announcement is just hilarious. What worse outcome were you expecting? Insurance was obviously going to pay, MSB would obviously want to keep it out of the courts - this was entirely predictable.
