.... and yes multiple posters claimed that the Class Action would be the end of Mesoblast because the allegations were supposedly true and so bad for the company and of course now that it is resolved you're one of many still claiming it is a problem some how or not positive news ? Like I said yesterday you can't make this stuff up .... ROFL
As for the company being years away from being profitable .... you keep forgetting that a partnership deal would provide a substantial upfront payment, which is classified as revenue so good luck with that angle and of course Remestemcel-L revenues could be flowing prior to the EOFY 2025 .... almost as good as you claiming the FDA would never entertain an Accelerated Approval for CHF and we all know how that turned out ?
